LPGBook is an app for gas agencies, LPG cylinder distributors, dealers businesses to keep track of payments, pending quantities of cylinders with each customer, amounts due, and transactions. You can easily track cylinders sold and empty cylinders picked. In a single entry, you can enter total cylinders sold, sale amount, empty cylinders picked, and payment received. LPGBook is a Hisab (Khata) book app for gas agencies MSMEs.
This app can also be used by Bisleri can distributors, oxygen cylinders, or any other similar business.
In the app, you can do the following activities:
1. Add items. If you deal in 4 types of different LPG cylinders, you can add all of them to the items list.
2. Add accounts (khata) of your customers. You can import them from your contacts or add them manually.
3. Add transactions. You can add payment received, sale amount, cylinders delivered, cylinders picked, and date of transaction.
4. You can view the due amount as well as the due number of cylinders with all your customers.
5. You can generate and download customer reports.
6. You can generate and download your business report.
7. You can give access to your entries to your team member. You can give "read-only access" allowing your team members to view entries. You can also give "read-write-access" allowing your team members to add entries.
8. We support Hindi, English, and Hinglish language.
