Knight Frank Connect App provides the following features for Owners/Tenants:
• Be updated on all important communications from the Community Management Team. Announcements and broadcast messages
ensure residents do not miss significant updates from their community.
• Book Tennis court, Banquet Hall, and other Common Facilities using the Facility Booking module.
• Is there a broken gym equipment or do you have any queries or feedback to the Community Management team? Do it right from the
App. Take a photo, for ready reference of the Community Maintenance team, and track the progress to closure.
• Manage Visitors: Pre-Approve Guests and make them feel welcome. Approve, Deny visitors right from the App.
• Connect with neighbors with similar interests, have discussions, get together for sports, volunteer work, or for pursuing hobbies.
• Participate in polls created by the management team to gather the opinion of all residents on any issue or event. This ensures the
participation of all residents & owners in community-related decision making.
