iKart: A platform that allocates real time lead to Personal Loan sales team
This app provides real time visibility of assigned (based on defined logics and constraints) leads along with the details (customer information, dates, etc) to sales team from personal loan department. This app also provides lead summary based on the lead status category and enable sales team to work on the same. It also captures information required at various lead stage in form of image, text, etc. (ICICI Business team to update with additional information, if required)
