The countdown timer for calistenics and bodybuilding is simple ,raw and effective just like Rocky Balboas training. The Countdown timer is a necessary tool for a complete workout in
1)Calisthenics
2)Bodybuilding
3)Weight training

You just need to fill the three most important parameters for everyone that practises bodybuilding,calisthenics or weight training,and these are :
1)Number of sets
2)Rest between sets
3)Rest between exercises

The countdown timer offers
1)A set remaining indicator
2)A plus button so you can increase the number of sets in case someone interrupted your exercise, without the need to set all the parameters from the start
3)rest period between sets countdown indicator
4)rest period between exercises countdown indicator
5)Vocal Countdown and vibration at the last ten seconds of your rest period
6) Works in the background so that, during rest periods, you can browse the web or use other applications
7)A repeat button at the end of the rest period between exercises,so you will automatically have the number of sets and rest period between sets of your last exercise
8)Easy to read large digits and a full screen mode.


Once you have entered the parameters and press the start button you start your exercise.
When you finish your set press the red button, the rest period starts and the sets remaing decrease by one .

At the last 10 seconds of the rest period you will have a vocal countdown and at the last 5 seconds the phone will vibrate and the screen will change color, when the rest period is over you procced at the next set,when you have done your last set and press the button the rest period between the exercises will start.

When the rest period between the exercises ends you have two options:
1)The Repeat button, so you will automatically have the number of sets,rest period between sets of your last exercise
2)The New button ,in this case you will go to the first screen so you will have to enter the new number of sets, rest period between sets and rest period between exercises.

Last but not least you can use the countdown timer app even if you dont take in consideration the the rest period ,if you put the number zero at the rest periods you can use it just as set reminder.
