A growth mindset is the belief that the traits that make you who you are, such as your intelligence, can be cultivated and changed through effort.

This app will lead you through 3 different modules that will cover the basics of Growth Mindset.

Module 1: The Growth Mindset

Learn the basics about Growth and Fixed Mindsets. You will also learn that most people tend to have a mix of both mindsets as well as some other common misconceptions.

Module 2: The Truth About Your Brain
