elarm requires a supported wearable device.
Currently these are: Fitbit, Oura, Google Fit, or any Google Fit compatible wearable app (including Huawei, Xioami/Mi Band, Withings, Wahoo, Polar, Fossil, Amazfit/Zepp, and Tag Heuer) linked to Google Fit. Samsung and Garmin are also supported, but must be connected to Google Fit and HealthSync.

These variations can be small and begin changing several days before you feel any symptoms, giving you extra time to take appropriate action.
Wearable devices can be used to track and identify variations from baseline levels. Changes in heart rate may be a sign of changes in your general state of health and wellness, for example, and can be related to:
• Influenza-like viruses
• Flu (Influenza)
• Viral and bacterial infections
• Stress and Anxiety
• Excessive caffeine, nicotine or other stimulants
• Lack of sleep, dehydration, low blood sugar
elarm is simple to use:
• Connect - with a simple connection, elarm automatically scans the data from your own wearable device, such as your fitness tracker or smart watch.
• Watch - elarm monitors your health data whenever you’re wearing your device and displays your current wellness level - Normal, Slightly Elevated, Moderately Elevated, or Highly Elevated - based on an evaluation of certain indicators using elarm’s proprietary algorithms. It will send you notifications if anything changes.
• Act - elarm's dashboard gives you access to contextual medical resources and guidelines based on your current wellness status.
