1- Application keeps track of all teams playing in the tournament as users enter team's names; so user can select an existing team's name instead of retyping it. Selecting team's name will make better statistics for win and loss.
2- Users following a tournament will get a refresh icon that will be enabled after 1 minute from the last score refresh, so user can refresh scores on demand if there is any delay in the automatic notification from server.
