This app can only read the contact info and will never edit/modify them. If you want modify a contact, the app will use your standard contact-app*.
* Known issues:
- On the standard Contacts-App you can't see the birthday of your outlook contacts
- If you edit an outlook contact, it disappears for some hours, until outlook re-syncs it again
