READ_CONTACTS: This permission is required to read all contacts.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: This permission is required up to API Level 28 in order to save backup in device memory
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: This permission is required up to API Level 28 in order to read all backup files
BLUETOOT and BLUETOOTH_ADMIN: This permission is required in order to do the job of Bluetooth contact transfer.
