This student-oriented application helps in understanding the original model of base ganglia through interactive features.
By manipulating controls inside the application, the student can simulate various conditions of the motor circuit, thus obtaining an instantaneous, visual result of the behavior of the cerebral cortex, diencephalon and mesencephalon according to the simulated conditions.
