“Direct Order to Shop” is the App24 preferred mode of home delivery. In this mode,
customer can search for shops which is already certified and enrolled with App24. The
shopping list will directly go the shop and the shopkeeper will fulfill the order. Customer
can be contacted directly for any clarifications related to the order. Once the shopping is
done, shop can update the bill to the user and request to pay online. Upon completion of
the payment, the delivery process will be initiated by the shop by searching for delivery
associates nearby. Delivery associate accepts the order and collect the shipment from the
shop. Items will be delivered to the customer at their doorstep.
