This application is only for use with the ARSTN USB Pulse Oximeter or ARSTN Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter. For USB Pulse oximeter, it need the mobile phone with OTG function, and for Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter. You can connect it directly, and don’t need put PIN code.
