Case list: Quickly find cases that need your attention
Case details: Investigate a case, view priority, re-assign, edit custom properties, and close cases
Contact customers: Call or email the customer via built in collaboration tools
Case comments: Add notes for you or others to review
Case history: View the case history, including changes to its status, assignment, or other key changes
View survey response: View survey response that triggered the case
