* Sales officers can add Retail Outlet based expenses.
* Select RO, select category, enter amount, upload photo proof
* Submit expenses after all RO details uploaded.
*Territory Managers can login to the system by TM code and default password.
*On receiving push notification or visiting Pending Expense module, they can review the SO submitted expenses.
*On approval, they can download the PDF report
Mobile Application for the sales officers of BPCL - MAK Lube department
Using this application, the sales officers can perform following activities:
1. Add a new mechanic under their region and territory.
2. Assign a distributor PLD to respective Mechanic Workshop.
3. Update Quarterly purchase details for each Mechanic workshop viz. Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4.
4. To recollect the forgotten password, Sales officer shall contact the system administrator.
