The Health Check app is a screening tool to check symptoms prior to entering the workplace. This quick, daily self-assessment is shared by Bank of Hawaii to help stop the spread of the infection in our community.
Because your privacy is very important to us, we will not ask for any personally identifiable information in this app. Nor does the app use location tracking or collect any information. No information will be used or shared for commercial purposes.
The app is intended for residents of the State of Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and Palau to determine if they have symptoms before going to work. It is not intended to give medical advice. If you need medical advice, please contact your healthcare provider or visit the CDC website at https://www.cdc.gov.
