DART is the official Service Management App of Blue Star Engineering & Electronics Ltd. It is a ticket management tool for enabling service team to register and resolve customer complaints and address their quires. It helps Service engineers to serve customers better by tracking the customer complaints, knowing service history & capturing on-site observations.
