Fixed open basic equipment issue
Baby Basics List - The easiest way to get all the baby equipment you need! Practical lists for your first baby’s equipment and useful packing lists for the Hospital (Maternity clinic).
In the Baby Basic List (BBList) app, every item you could possibly need as initial equipment for your baby is neatly organized in various lists (the selection of items is based on our experience, the experience of our friends and family and the recommendation of our midwives and pediatricians). We are only recommending items that are truly necessary. In addition, you will also find a practical packing list and packing instructions for the Hospital (Maternity clinic).
The app is available on the Google Play and App Store, as well as in the form of a website. This makes the app conveniently usable from various platforms such as your cell phone, PC, and tablet.
BBList helps you to organize your baby’s first equipment easily and quickly. Our tips and the wishlist are very useful tools that help expecting parents to avoid unnecessary or inconvenient purchases as well as to find quality, but also cost-effective products.
The “First Equipment” category is divided into 10 lists/ subcategories (e.g. : “For Home” or “For on the Road”)
If you click on one of the categories, all the recommended baby items appear in a comprehensive list.
Check off:
The items can be checked off the lists if you have already bought or borrowed them.
Add:
You can add additional items by clicking on the “+” icon in each category.
Wishlist:
By clicking on the “present” icon, the chosen item will be added to the wishlist, which you can easily send to friends and family.
Shopping:
Clicking on the name of the item itself will take you directly to the product category on Amazon. Here we have made sure that all the products for newborn babies appear with matching keywords but that no specific product is favored - meaning that all the products appear as if you were searching for the category yourself in the store. We do not promote a specific product and do not get any commission from the manufacturers. Our service at this point is to simply make your shopping more comfortable and easier.
Light bulb:
Click on the “light bulb” to learn more about what each item is needed for (this is self-explanatory for the stroller, but useful for gauze cloths or carabiner hooks) and to get additional tips from Mama Ina and Papa Stefan.
Product tips:
If we are personally convinced by a product, the link to this recommended product can be found in the form of a picture on the list itself and on the tips (light bulb). We don’t get any commission from manufacturers and only link products that we ourselves were convinced of and match our tips.
Sharing:
By logging in with the same account, expecting parents can work on the lists together / at the same time and organize all the equipment they require. This way, both can keep track of what still needs to be done, and neither parent loses the overview.
