TATA POWER STAKEHOLDER SURAKSHA Mobile Application is meant for the users who visit various plants and find some issues in the plant. User can escalate those issues through this app by entering the details in “Post Issues” section, and can be viewed the submitted issues. Concerned people will fix the issue and update the status to any of the relevant status out of Void, New, and Work in Progress, Closed and Re-opened. The user has to first complete their KYC process in order to report an issue and also to view issue. The user can also view their profile in the profile section and also have the ability to change password in case.
