SBT HRMS Mobile Application is an Interactive Intranet and Collaboration open-forum app for Employees only. Download this app for better accessibility of HRMs functions.
On log-in, the employees will get access to 360 feedback, Attendance, Scorecard, Policies, Ticket Generation and much more for better collaboration and communication within the company.
There are two main pages: Log-in and app.
In the app page, there are two major sections: header and icons menu.
Header:
It will have new and announcements for the latest happenings in the Company.
Icon Menu
Here will be 6 icons that will help you in performing different HRMS app functions on the go.
360 Feedback
Currently, 360 Feedback is one-way feedback mechanism where employee/ Manager can rate their supervisor (reporting authority). Click on “For Supervisor” and fill in the form with each question visible at a time. Click “Next” to go on the next question and click “Submit” at the end.
Attendance
Here you will be able to see attendance summary of the current month. It will include total days, working days, off days, half days, late, absences.
Score-Card
You can see your scores of the last 12 months including the current month.
Policies
n the policies section, you have access to medical claim forms, medical discount centers, and panel hospital lists. So in case of an emergency, you have a handy facilitation guide.
Contacts
Now you have personalized and open forum chat service for communication with any employee. Search for the person you want to communicate and send them messages. In the chat tab, you have all your conversations saved.
Live Chat/ Help Desk
On Live Chat you will send your query/ ticket and the available agent will resolve your issue.
