The Sales and Service Outreach app is a mobile application and web portal, which enables the AKUH sales team to track and record activities conducted in the field. It assists administrators with the analysis of the team’s work load and sales activities in various geographical locations. The app facilitates easy, real-time communication between the field team and their administrators; allows management and monitoring of field tasks digitally; facilitates convenient management of customers/doctors; and generates real-time performance reports. The app functions in online and offline mode.
