Background:
The Ascension Nursing Center of Excellence (COE) is committed to amplifying the voice of our nurses and delivering on what matters most to them.
As part of ongoing conversations, nurses across Ascension asked for a way to connect with, communicate with and learn from each other with more innovation and technology at their fingertips. With that, the Nursing COE developed OneNurse, an app that was designed by our nurses, for our nurses. The OneNurse app is a one-stop shop for our nursing community.
What’s Next?
Current and future features of the OneNurse app will allow users to be more connected to their work environments with quick and easy access to critical information, receive communications specific to their market, learn and grow, and the ability to manage and track career and development plans.
OneNurse helps nurses and nursing support professionals across Ascension flourish personally and professionally while keeping them up to date with relevant and transparent information. As with everything we do in the Nursing COE, we will continue to evolve this work, delivering future iterations so the technology remains current and responsive to our nurses’ needs.
