Add Android 10 storage permission
Sound Level Meter shows the background noise in dB.

* Smartphone app is not a professional noise measuring device. They are less accurate compared to professional equipment.

The application requires the following permissions.

* Storage
- Modify or delete SD card contents.
- Read content on SD card.
* Record audio
- Allows the app to record audio with the microphone.
