User can now lodge a grievance by selecting concerned Department and related Grievance Category. For the convenience of users, Type of Grievance option has been removed from the App. On selecting concerned Department, only related Grievance Categories will appear on the screen.
This mobile application has been got developed by Nagar Nigam, Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Through this app, general public of Nagar Nigam Shahjahanpur and employees will be able to register the grievances related with Nagar Nigam, able to know the status of their grievances, able to send reminders to Nagar Nigam about pending grievances and give their feedback on the redressed grievances.
Also, through this app, users will be able to get information about Nagar Nigam Shahjahanpur, the services provided by it, budget, departments under Nagar Nigam, information regarding Amrit Reform and view related photos and videos with the Nigam.
