Magnify is a unique one-stop solution for frustrations faced when trying to find the right candidates. The app helps to determine the Psychological and Social Scores of Candidates to easily identify top candidates to interview. Match scores against internal champion role model scores for even more certainty.

Scores out of 10 and overall out of 100 are determined based on Strength Indicators to include:

• Optimism: Optimism impacts in all areas of life; such as health, business, career, family and relationships. Optimists find solutions, take less time off sick; are happier, healthier and live longer
• Productivity: An innate ability to create internal systems and to consistently and effectively work through processes, steps and tasks to achieve goals or outcomes
• BP/SP: Big Picture or Small Picture. Big Picture people are visionaries that start with the vision. They may go into “overwhelm” with too much detail. Small picture people must complete their thoughts and get out all the detail. They can become stuck in detail
• Externally Referenced or Internally Referenced: Focused on Feedback and a team player vs Intuitive, Responsive, Decision maker
• Long Term and Short-Term Challenges: Reacting positively to adversity is a resource that builds resilience and reveals how you function under pressure
• Long Term and Short Term good events: Responding well to good events is someone confident in their ability to succeed
• Dominant Communication Style- Kinesthetics interpret the world through emotion. Auditory people prefer to communicate via words, phrases and stories. Visuals "see" or "get" the picture, frequently much faster than their kinesthetic or auditory colleagues.

Trawl through a hundred similar resumes vs first understand which candidates have developed the underlying sub-conscious strengths, to effectively meet your expectations, before you interview.
