- Hospital admins can now block specific numbers from being added into the directory.
- They can add a number to the list of excluded numbers either from the admin tab or by tapping on a mobile number in the directory and choosing ‘delete and exclude’.
In this update we are delighted to introduce TeamSpaces - an exciting new way for all healthcare professionals to communicate, collaborate and share information.
In the past Induction has facilitated timely communication across teams and hospitals. With TeamSpaces, we are shifting our attention to the minute-to-minute and hour-to-hour work you do in your team. We have a lot planned for the future, but here are the top six new things in Induction.
1. Create your own free secure TeamSpace, and invite your colleagues to join.
2. Communicate with direct and group clinical messaging.
3. Message with text and images, reply to specific threads and monitor if your messages have been delivered and read.
4. Join or build multiple TeamSpaces - with a central inbox to catchup on all your threads.
5. Upload, organise and view key PDF documents and links added by your team (file uploads currently need to be done via our web application - [https://induction-app.com](https://induction-app.com/)).
6. Subscribe your new TeamSpace to the local hospital or regional Induction telephone directory - meaning you and your team get full benefit of the main directory without having to switch.
At Induction we are very excited about the future of TeamSpaces, and will be introducing a number of enhancements and new features over the coming month. If you have any feedback, or just want to chat about how you are using TeamSpaces, please feel free to drop us a line via [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
