This mobile application is exclusively for CNHi Dealer Technicians. This App helps dealer technicians to accept or reject the service tickets assigned to him. It is designed to capture the different stages of work order and real-time data is transmitted to Service Management Portal. It helps technicians to track the number of jobs they have performed in a period along with the timelines.
