Nodal Officer App is based on the Android platform. This app is very useful for the nodal officers. Nodal officer of departments including Fire, Revenue, PWD, Police Department will get new permission requests. They can give objection/no objection to the permissions & upload their status by using the app. Nodal officer will automatically assign and get push notification at permission applied time. The Nodal App allows officers to take immediate action i.e objection or no objection to candidate permissions along with comments and attachment(optional). All permissions are divided into three sections New, Overdue and Replied. The new list consists of new permissions which need to be responded within 24 hours of expiration. It also consists of permissions accepted and rejected by the Returning Officer. The Overdue applications consist of the permissions which are already expired. After nodal Officers action, these permissions are then sent to Returning Officer. The returning officer can accept or reject the permission along with the attachment. In case Nodal Officer doesn’t take action to particular permission, RO can directly take action in that case.
