Eicher ProEx App will facilitate service related activities like opening jobcard, indent based approval, posting of part issued (PGI), delay reason time stamping including repair completion. This app will also enables for parts ordering (Stock ,VOR order) to Base workshop, RDC’s, VEPDC and it shows live parts stock available at site location & base workshop. This App have a lot of supporting features like Fleet Uptime services, Service History, recording weekly maintenance (WGM), mileage counter for calculating utilization etc. This App ensures better service management of fleet operating at remote site location along with Fleet Uptime and enhances Differentiated Aftermarket Experience for our esteemed customers of Construction & Mining segment.
