Staff managing access to your premises can use this app to securely scan and verify your customers’ COVID certificates. It validates if they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, had a negative test, or have recovered from COVID-19.
How does this app work?
- Staff managing access to premises use this app
- Customer presents their COVID certificate (on mobile or printed)
- Staff scan the 2D barcode on customer’s COVID certificate using this app
- Staff can see if the certificate is valid
Important:
- A 2D barcode looks like squares or rectangles that contain many small, individual dots.
- No personal data store is stored or transmitted during this process.
- Users are asked to consent that "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions".
- The app will not function if user agreement is not obtained.
- When prompted, users must click "OK" to allow the app to have permission to use the camera.
