This release introduces Mindful Eat Well: a new challenge type that can help you become more mindful in your eating by having you check in about how you felt about your eating that day, by encouraging you to eat more fruits and vegetables, and by rewarding you with points for your steps. Keep your eyes open for a public Mindful Eat Well challenge that you can join to try it out!

-- How It Works --
Getting started with Challenges is easy. Start by choosing between our Move More or Eat Well challenge types. Move More is a steps-focused challenge, that allows you to compete with anyone that has a phone or wearable as well. Eat Well is focused on both nutrition and movement, and gives you points for eating better. From there, you can choose between our two competition types: Team Throwdowns or Solo Smackdowns. With team challenges, join up as a team of 4 as you compete against other teams in the challenge.

Challenges integrates with both Google Fit and Fitbit to retrieve the data it needs to determine by how much you've just beaten all your friends. Other supported platforms are coming soon!
