Well, if you do understand Norwegian, have some experience from bureaucracy and were entertained by "Yes Minister", you might find this application slightly amusing. Generate gibberish-sentences that are grammaticaly correct but actually makes no sense. The fun is when such a sentence is put into a serious context (a letter, e-mail, etc.) and the reader takes it seriously.
