7/12 & 8A Utara records (Rural and Urban) are maintained by revenue department of the governments of Gujarat (ગુજરાત)
The Utara (Any ROR @Anywherec) gives information of the survey number of the land, Land owner name, the area of the land, the type of cultivation (irrigated / rain fed). It also records loans extended to the land owner given by government agencies, including the purpose - such as loans or subsidies for buying seeds, pesticides or fertilisers, for which the loan was given etc.
How to use
• Find your 7/12 Utara Gujarat (ગુજરાત) with help of survey number / GAT number, first name, middle name or last name.
• Find your 8A Utara Gujarat (ગુજરાત) with help of account number, first name, middle name or last name.
Types of land records
1.There are three types of land records available on the AnyROR platform:
2.VF6 or Village Form 6 – Entry details
3.VF7 or Village Form 7- Survey number details
4.VF8A or Village Form 8A- Khata details
