APSHCL Survey application is to capture the photos of the layouts in the villages. The user can select the district, mandal and the village under his jurisdiction. The mapped layouts will be visible in the dropdown. The name of the person, mobile and his designation are to be logged in the form. Photos along with the location parameters will be captured in the application. 2 photos are mandatory for every layout selected.
