HOW THE SOLUTION WORKS
The distributor logs in and registers their field sales agents who then receive the log in credentials.
The distributor assigns route maps to the sales agent.
The sales agent visits the outlet and picks their order through a mobile app.
The sales agent selects the outlet’s desired payment mode. Sales agent engages the outlet to determine their preferred payment mode, either to pay now or later. If the outlet opts to pay now, the sales agent can either select the payment via MPESA or Cash. Selecting the MPESA option pushes a pop up to the outlet to pay against the placed order by keying in their MPESA PIN. The pay later option allows for the outlet to either pay on credit by selecting desired credit term, or pay via cash upon delivery. The wholesaler is able to set the allowed credit terms which are then displayed to the sales agent at the point of order payment.
Wholesaler/distributor or the sales agent is presented with a dashboard to view and track the order status.
The wholesaler/distributor picks the orders and facilitates the delivery of the stock purchased to the specific outlet.
