The Oracle Mobile Associate app empowers your mobile associates to fully engage with your end users via digital channels such as voice, video, SMS, screen share and annotations.
Associates can receive engagements on their mobile device even when they have the app in the background or when their device is locked. Once logged in, associates can manage their queue and availability status. They can review end user’s real-time context before accepting the incoming engagement and effectively engage them on the right channel. Associates can proactively initiate 1:1 meetings, send SMS or escalate their current engagement with the end-user from voice to video and/or add screen share and annotate on shared screen or video.
With the Oracle Mobile Associate app, you can untether your associates from the desktop, allowing them to engage with the end users anytime or anywhere.
