Live Experience demo app allows you to showcase various customer in-app engagement scenarios with voice, video, screen share, annotations, and SMS channels. Each engagement scenario lets you choose an initial engagement channel with the customer and provides you with an option to upgrade or add other channels during the engagement.
The demo app also includes the KYC scenario for the digital identification engagement workflow.
This app is able to demo features of the Oracle Live Experience WebRTC product.
Live Experience provides an Android SDK that allows you to add digital communication channels (notably video interactions via camera and screen share) directly in any mobile app.
A subscription to Live Experience cloud service is required to run this demo.
