Naumburg is one of the most beautiful cities in Central Germany. The city was first mentioned in a document in 1028 and thus looks back on a history of about 1000 years. As today's district town it has over 30,000 inhabitants and is located in the wine region Saale-Unstrut. In one of the oldest streets in Naumburg, the 133-year-old brush factory catches the eye - a truly unique piece that has even been mentioned in the New York Times. Also unique is the "Wilde Zicke", as the people of Naumburg smilingly call their streetcar, which, even in regular service, travels exclusively in historic vehicles.
