Home Remedies For Vertigo | Vertigo is related with the disease in the patients who are having problems in the posterior semicircular canals of the inner ear. This area in medical term is known as vestibular labyrinth area of the area. There is the continuous sensation of spinning, whirling or moving in the surrounding among the patient of vertigo. Due to this abnormal sensation the patient of vertigo suffer from loss of imbalance or a feeling of nausea which may grow to acute stage.

Some of the common causes of vertigo

Various home remedies are available to reduce the symptom of vertigo.

1. Make a solution by soaking 1 tsp of amla powder with 1 tsp of coriander seeds. Leave them over night. Next morning strain it and add half tsp sugar and drink the solution. This remedy is very effective for reducing the problem of vertigo.

2. To reduce the affect of vertigo soak 2 tsp wheat grain, 1 tsp poppy seeds, 8 almonds, 8 water melon seeds. Make a fine paste of the above ingredients. Take I tsp of ghee and heat it, fry 2 cloves in this ghee and add to the paste. Mix this paste with the milk and drink every day at least for a week. It is an effective remedy which helps in reducing the problem of vertigo.

3. Restrict the drinking of coffee and increase the intake of protein products. You must also avoid the intake of alcohol and always prefer to have low sodium diet. Following this simple diet habits shows an effective result among the patient of vertigo.

4. Another effective remedy for vertigo is the intake of strawberries. As strawberries are rich in vitamin c in comparison to orange juice. So take lots of strawberry in addition to a cup of yoghurt and some milk and almond also. It is yummy and tasty also and it is effective also to reduce the complications caused by vertigo.
