Terrace is a transition space from the outside area to the room in the house or vice versa. This terrace room is usually shaded by a roof and has one or two walls. The location of the terrace can be in front, on the side, or behind the house. Its function also varies depending on where it feels to be located. Houses with limited land generally only have a front porch, even with a narrow area. As for its function, each terrace has a different function. The front terrace can function as a reception room or waiting area before guests are welcome to enter the house. But the front porch also functions as a living room if it can be designed properly.
