BBlur is a handy tool to make image blur background like a professional DSLR camera effect.
You can choose image from your phone gallery or from camera. the next step is to crop the image as needed. When you press OK a new screen appear contains the ration of the needed blur for the background. Press continue to go to the main editing screen where the tools for applying the blur effects.
