TEAM by WorkWave requires mobile systems Android 5.0 or newer
1. Ensure your mobile device is using the latest system update.
2. Install or reinstall TEAM by WorkWave from the store.
3. Once installed, ensure the TEAM by WorkWave app is allowed to access your device's location services.
4. Enter your username and password. If you do not have these, please ask a member of your management team.
TEAM by WorkWave uses GPS capabilities. When an employee books off of a shift, GPS tracking is no longer enabled. If you have queries regarding privacy and location tracking, please contact a member of your management team.
