Description:

The App provides cross platform integration with Android users allowing smooth integration when displaying reports, the app allows Surf Club users to connect to their local Surf Club by selecting their club and entering the Club password in the 'Club Selection' Screen.

Once you're connected to a Club:

STANDARD USER

As a Standard user you'll have access to the basic features of the app these include the following...

- Creating Reports:
You will be able to create/log new maintenance reports when something requires repairing or replacement, when the report is done its stored Online where all other users can view this report, at the same time a Notification
is sent to all other members with the app to alert them that there is a new issue at the club.

- View Reports:
You can now view all reports that have been created by you or other members, Phone number is hidden for security.

- View Equipment Status:
You will now be able to view the realtime status of Club Equipment, there are 3 Status' that Equipment can have:
[In Service] --- Equipment Is Ready To Use
[Broken] ------ Equipment Is Out Of Sevice
[Away] -------- Equipment is not at the Club
These Status' can be changed/updated at anytime and users will receive a notification when equipment Status' change.

- Change Club:
If you have changed clubs you have the ability to change you selected club

MAINTENANCE USER

As a maintenance person you'll have access to all the features of a standard user plus many more features! These include...

- View Reports:
This is the same as the standard user 'View Reports' But you'll be able to see the Phone Number of the person who created the report so you can contact them for more information if need be.

- Update Reports:
You'll be able to select a current report and update it to 'Completed' you just provide your name, the date you rectified the issue, any repair costs involved, and a description of the repair taken out.

- View Completed Reports:
You'll also be able to view all of the completed reports.

- Update Equipment Status:
As the name suggests you will be able to change the status of Club Equipment, when this occurs all club members with the app will receive a notification that the status has changed.

CLUB ADMIN USER

- Customise Settings:
This Feature is only available to the club member that had organised for your club to be added to the app.

This Feature Allows:
- Club Equipment Names to be Customised to suit the individual club.
- Club Access Code to be changed
-Maintenance Username and Password to be changed
