Salavat is the plural of the word Salat.
The word salat means mercy, prayer, prayer, etc. it means.
To bring salawat is to recite Salat (Mercy) prayer to our Prophet Muhammad Mustafa (Sallallahu Aleyhi Vesellem), to commemorate him and to send greetings to him.
