ZWorkspace is the app that enables you to book workspaces and company resources from a mobile device. It is a new way to share your work environment in a secure, dynamic and collaborative way.
Download it to smartphone to:
- manage bookings for meeting rooms, workstations, parking spaces and other company resources;
- book ancillary services and support tools (projectors, blackboards, catering, various materials);
- confirm occupancy of the booked resource through check-in and check-out.
The ZWorkspace app is the mobile extension of Infinity ZWorkspace, the Zucchetti solution that supports companies for secure and efficient management of workspaces and corporate resources, simplifying the booking, assignment and monitoring processes.
How does the ZWorkspace App work?
With the app you can book your workstation at the company in 3 steps (Search - Selection - Shopping Cart) and with special mobile and IoT features, you can confirm its use by doing check-in and check-out.
- Search: what resource do you want to book? Desk, meeting room, parking space etc. Specify when you need it, for how long, and where;
- Select: Choose from available resources. You can book the resource right away or add it to your cart to continue booking what you need;
- Cart: confirm your order. Reserved resources can be occupied on the day and at the time specified.
All bookings, both current and future, are summarized on the app's dashboard; for each booked resource, it is possible to read descriptive information and display the related location on the company's floor plan.
When you go to work, do check-in of the booked resource to confirm its occupancy and when you are done, release the resource by doing check-out.
You can do check-in according to the method chosen by your company (manual, via QR Code or NFC Tag or BLE Tag).
Who it is addressed to
The ZWorkspace App is addressed to the employees of the companies that have already activated Infinity ZWorkspace, as a solution for managing and booking their spaces, resources and workstations.
Operational notes
In order for the application to work properly, the company must have previously activated the ZWorkspace and the HR Portal (version 08.05.00) and enabled individual workers to use it.
At the first access the user will be guided by a configuration wizard.
