Your meal and workout plan is specifically tailored to each individual client by myself, depending on your goal whether its just to maintain a healthy lifestyle or if you would like to compete on stage, from beginners to more advanced. Workout video library will be available, including video uploads from me to help with any critique of technique to training specific to any individual client. Viewing your current package, check how far you are into the program and how many weeks you have remaining is simple.
