Looking to lose weight and get healthy with a coach? Personal Diet coach is your pocket accountability partner. Send your meal photos or what you plan to eat and get personal feedback from your own 1-to-1 coach. Learn how to lose weight by gradually eating clean, and then keep the weight off forever and receive support while eating healthy for weight loss.
At the core of your Personal Diet Coach journey, you will be assigned a human accountability coach. They will check in with you daily and offer accountability and support. All you have to do is share a photo of every meal you take with your coach. You will receive a number score and a chart that shows the composition of allowed foods, green, foods allowed in moderation yellow, and foods allowed occasionally. Green represents whole foods or foods close to their natural form on your plate, yellow represents foods that have been minimally processed and white represents highly processed and packaged foods. To keep up with your stats and keep track of your healthy weight loss journey, we provide you with weekly and monthly averages of your meal scores, weight, and a consistency streak.
Lasting weight loss starts in your brain which is why we offer you access to our psychology-based weight loss course that is divided into daily mini-courses that you can complete at your own pace. The mini-courses help you identify sabotaging thoughts and equip you with tools and skills to help you counter them effectively and change your relationship with food. We make it fun by showing them to you as slides that you can just tap through- just like you would an Instagram story. It only takes a few minutes!
