- Direct access to the contact form from My Profile
- The meal delivery service will no longer be available from 01/03
MyEdenred is the official application of Edenred in Spain and allows you easy access to all your solutions: Ticket Restaurant (both in card and in virtual format, Ticket Restaurant Zero), Ticket Transporte, Ticket GuarderĂa, Flota Edenred and Regalo Edenred solutions.
Are you new to Edenred? From the moment you receive your card, you just have to download our app and follow the instructions:
- Create your account
- Activate your card
- Link Ticket Restaurant to your mobile wallet to easily pay by mobile
- Check your card statement, balance and movements
- Remember your PIN number if you have forgotten it
- Find out where to eat out with Ticket Restaurant
- Answer your FAQs from the app
You can also:
- Check the user profile of your card
- Temporarily block or cancel your card in case of loss or theft
- Add new products to your account
- Activate email alerts for new top-ups and low balance
- Enable communications and notifications to always be up to date with news and promotions
- Contact us from the help area in case of incident
- Send us your suggestions
- Update your contact information: email and phone no.
