Choose from 10 minute to 30 minute classes depending on how much time you have. Our enthusiastic team of PT’s will guide you through step by step, so you feel supported and achieve results.
Mentally Happy - Incorporate our techniques to promote sleep, manage stress and live more mindfully to truly feel the impact of Live Happy in your everyday life. Our qualified life coaches and well-being experts continually curate content to help our members cope with the challenges of today’s life.
Nutritionally Happy - Create your own personalised meal planner with full nutritional information and calorie tracking. Easily download your plan into a shopping list so you’ll have all the ingredients you need ready to go. Live Happy contains hundreds of delicious recipes to inspire you alongside easy to follow videos so you can prepare healthy food with the minimum of effort. Educate yourself on the best way to fuel your body with our hot topics and hints and tips created by our team of nutritionists.

The Live Happy App is FREE to download and trial for 14 days. If you decide to become part of our Tribe, membership is flexible and can be paid for Annually (most cost effective), Quarterly and Monthly.
Annual cost - £5.99 per month (paid in one annual fee)
Quarterly - £7.99 per month (paid every three months)
Monthly - £9.99 per month
