York Station Taxis mobile APP allows fast and straight forward Taxi booking at your convenience. Registration is simple with minimum input required- your name, phone number and email are all we need to confirm your booking and have a Taxi on its way to you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards or cash if preferred. You are sent details of your driver upon booking, car registration and an estimate of the cost of your journey. APP updates enable you to track your Taxi with automatic notification of arrival via text or call back direct to your phone. no requirement to be held in a queue waiting to speak to an operator or left wondering when your Taxi is due to arrive. Journeys can also be cancelled or ammended using the APP.
York Station Taxis takes the safety of its customers very seriously and to this end an added feature to our APP is the Buddy system which, for extra piece of mind allows booking confirmation and driver details to be sent to a nominated friend or family member, particularly useful for more vulnerable or younger passengers, ensuring their loved ones get home safely. Finally regular can save favourite or regular journeys ansd store payment details for even quicker booking for future bookings.
