RentCafe Kiosk gives you a convenient, attractive way for prospects to complete rental applications on site at your properties. This self-service tablet app walks prospective renters through the complete leasing workflow and saves leasing agents time.
RentCafe Kiosk allows prospects and applicants to:
* Explore property photos, amenities, and floor plans
* Complete guest cards
* Complete online applications
* Sign lease documents
* Work offline as needed
With RentCafe Kiosk, leasing agents can:
* Offer secure, self-service options to prospects
* Manage agent and property appointments
* Access the CRM queue, traffic and resident activity
* Countersign documents
Features include: property photos, amenities, floor plans and availability, custom eBrochures, prospect-facing guest cards, driver’s license scanning, package scanning, online applications and leasing, resident screening, offline support, amenity reservations and more.
Prospects can learn more about the community, with or without assistance from site staff. They can view property maps and select a unit, choose from available rental options and enter their information to apply online. Then they can pay application and sign their lease electronically. Once they become residents, they can also use RentCafe Kiosk to book amenities and sign for packages.
Agent mode lets agents manage operational functions in a secure environment with touch ID access. They can log in with their credentials to gain immediate access to day-to-day operational tools including managing the property queue, sending follow-up correspondence and tracking calendar events and daily resident/prospect activity.
